So, You've Written a Minute on Gaza, What Now?
Join FCNL’s Quaker Changemaker Event on Wednesday, December 11 to learn how Quaker communities are continuing their advocacy in support of peace in Israel, Palestine, and across the Middle East. Over 80 meetings and churches have shared their public testimony that war is not the answer by minuting their concern. What’s more, Friends have used these statements in local and federal advocacy to advance the need for a ceasefire, humanitarian access, and peaceful resolutions in Israel-Palestine. Join us to be inspired by their action and hear how your community’s witness has an impact on Capitol Hill. We’ll hear from Odeliya Matter, FCNL’s Program Associate for Middle East Policy, on how our Quaker faith and toolbox can continue to advance our work.
